Taking the UKCAT, UK Clinical Aptitude Test

UK Clinical Aptitude Test

The UKCAT is a test, introduced in 2006, used by United Kingdom Medical and Dentistry Schools. It is administred and provided by the UKCAT Consortium with Pearson VUE.

Currently in validation mode, the test was created to provide a picture of ones professional and ethical abilites and behaviour. The test does not examine academics but attitudes! The examiantion consists of 5 sections: Verbal reasoning, Abstract reasoning, Quantitative reasoning, Decision analysis and Non-cognitive analysis.
